The pregnancy and postpartum life transition can be difficult. It’s okay to not be okay right now. You are human. You are not perfect. It’s okay to take care of yourself, to feel emotions, to ask for what you need.

You are a woman during the pregnancy and postpartum period of life that may be struggling with isolation, scary thoughts, emotional regulation, relationship issues, creating boundaries and not meeting the expectations of motherhood. Your protective mom brain has taken over and you can’t stop the repetitive scary thoughts. You feel like it will never get better but with treatment you can feel better and reclaim your life.

Postpartum Depression and Anxiety are treatable and there is hope.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process in which you are able to feel safe and heard. I have done extensive training in this field and I am passionate about helping moms to not just survive but thrive in this wonderful yet difficult journey we call motherhood.
